Product description
Tobu gives toothbrush storage an open, spiralling structure. The metal frame holds each brush upright within its own space, allowing the supporting lines to remain visible rather than enclosing them inside a solid vessel. The object is read through its gaps as much as its material.
The curved construction introduces a mechanical rhythm at the scale of the bathroom shelf. Light passes through the frame, while the brushed surface catches softer reflections along its bends. The result is a structure that occupies space without fully closing it off.
Air can circulate around the stored brushes, keeping the practical logic of the design apparent. Taking a toothbrush out and returning it changes the arrangement, but the open geometry remains legible throughout. Tobu makes organisation visible rather than hiding it behind a continuous surface.
