For a faster option, our express delivery guarantees arrival within 2 to 3 business days at €11.90. For heavier items, standard delivery for packages weighing 3 to 10 kg is €13.90, while express delivery for the same weight range is €19.90.
For EU Customers:
We offer free standard delivery on orders over €50, with a delivery window of 5 to 9 business days. For orders under €50, standard delivery is €11.90. If you need your items sooner, our express delivery option ensures arrival within 2 to 3 business days for €19.90.

 

Aleyè Preorder+ Program:

Secure upcoming products at up to 65% off the retail price with our Aleyè Preorder+ program. Orders placed through this program are processed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days.

Aleyè Made-to-Order Products:

Return Policy

We want you to love your Aleyè purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to be easy and hassle-free.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that occasionally, damages can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
For damages caused by the courier, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly. If the item is defective or the damage is not related to transit, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to ensure you receive a flawless product and have a seamless shopping experience with Aleyè.

 

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. We offer a straightforward return process, but please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return:

    - Pack the item securely.
    - Ship the package back to us using your preferred shipping method. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is returned safely.

     

    Refunds:

    Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
