Aleyè Nomade No. 30 - The Pink Glazed Vase

Aleyè Nomade No. 30 brings an irregular surface to a tall, flared ceramic form. A soft pink glaze is interrupted by dark flecks, creating a pattern that moves across the body without resolving into a repeated motif. The silhouette provides continuity; the finish introduces variation.

The pale ground and scattered marks create different scales of attention. From a distance, the vase reads as a single coloured volume. Closer to the surface, the eye begins to follow individual flecks and changes in the glaze, giving the object a more detailed, less uniform character.

The open profile receives flowers or branches while remaining expressive when empty. It can sit within a larger arrangement or stand apart, its presence established by the relationship between the ceramic volume and the marks distributed across it.
