1. Seller and scope
The seller is ALEYE S.R.L., with its registered office at Via Amalfi 22, 80013 Casalnuovo di Napoli (NA), Italy, VAT number IT11148701219, REA NA1158727. Email: team@aleye.store. Certified email (PEC): aleye@notificapostale.it.
These terms apply exclusively to purchases made by businesses and professionals for purposes relating to their business or professional activity. They do not govern purchases made by consumers.
2. Trade account and customer information
Access to B2B purchasing conditions is subject to approval by ALEYE S.R.L. The buyer must provide complete and accurate business, tax, billing and delivery information and notify the seller of any changes.
3. Products and prices
Available products and applicable prices are those shown in the dedicated B2B catalogue. VAT and shipping charges must be stated separately in the order summary. Changes to the price list do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Minimum order and quantity requirements
The minimum merchandise value for each order, including repeat orders, is EUR 800.00 after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping charges.
Each product variant must be ordered in a minimum quantity of 2 units and in subsequent multiples of 2 (2, 4, 6, 8 units and so on). Different variants cannot be combined to meet the minimum quantity or required increment.
5. Order confirmation
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request, subject to availability checks and written confirmation by ALEYE S.R.L. The total amount, shipping charges and estimated dispatch times will be communicated before final confirmation and payment. Product substitutions and partial shipments must be agreed with the buyer.
6. Payment
Full payment is required in advance. Order preparation will begin after order confirmation and receipt of payment. Any credit terms or alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in writing with ALEYE S.R.L.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges are payable by the buyer and do not count towards the minimum order value. Charges are determined according to the destination and shipment characteristics. Availability and estimated dispatch times will be stated in the order confirmation. Any delays will be communicated to the buyer.
8. Changes and cancellations
Requests to amend or cancel an order must be sent promptly to team@aleye.store and are subject to written confirmation by ALEYE S.R.L. Any costs already incurred and not recoverable must be documented and handled in accordance with applicable law and agreements.
9. Commercial returns
Returns of unsold merchandise or returns due to a change of mind are not accepted unless authorised in advance in writing by ALEYE S.R.L. Any authorisation will specify the return procedure, allocation of costs and refund or credit conditions. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
10. Damage, defects and non-conformity
The buyer is requested to inspect packages and products upon receipt and document any issues. Reports should be sent promptly to team@aleye.store, identifying the order and affected items and providing relevant photographs, within the applicable statutory time limits. Delivery inspection instructions do not limit statutory rights. Any return shipment must be coordinated with ALEYE S.R.L.
11. Brand and materials
Purchasing products does not transfer rights in the Aleyè brand or protected materials. Use of images, logos and texts supplied by ALEYE S.R.L. must be authorised and comply with the instructions provided. No territorial exclusivity is granted unless agreed in writing. The buyer independently determines its resale prices.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.
